Sherwood Ice Arena will not be providing refunds for ice time reservations. You can request that your reservation be rescheduled for emergencies only, as long as it meets the following criteria:
1. You provide 24 hours notice that you/your skater will not make the scheduled reservation
2. You must choose a new reservation date within 1 week of the original reservation
If you feel you have just cause for an adjustment to your reservation, please email Micah Belden firstname.lastname@example.org with the date/time you signed up for and the date/time you would like to reschedule to.
