Sherwood Ice Arena has specific guidelines with COVID-19 we must follow. Here are the rink’s policies and expectations for customers at this time; adherence to these procedures is a requirement to participate.
Anyone wishing or needing to be evaluated can do so during our Adult Skills class. You'll need to inform the front desk as soon as you arrive that you're here to be evaluated. Once informed, they will hand you an evaluation sheet to fill out as well as a pull over jersey to wear with a number on it which are both needed to complete the evaluation. If this is not done then the coaches on the ice will not be aware you need to be evaluated and it won't get completed.
Sherwood Ice Arena will not be providing refunds for ice time reservations. You can request that your reservation be rescheduled for emergencies only, as long as it meets the following criteria:
1. You provide 24 hours notice that you/your skater will not make the scheduled reservation.
2. You must choose a new reservation date within 1 week of the original reservation.
If you feel you have just cause for an adjustment to your reservation, please email Alyssa DeTurk firstname.lastname@example.org with the date/time you signed up for and the date/time you would like to reschedule to.
